Speech Recognition Setup

This page helps you configure speech recognition using Deepgram API.

Setting Up Deepgram Speech Recognition

Step 1: Visit Deepgram Website

Go to https://deepgram.com/ and log in to your account (or sign up if you don't have one).

Step 2: Navigate to API Keys

1. Go to your Deepgram Console

2. Find the API Keys section in the dashboard

Step 3: Create API Key

1. Click Create a New API Key

2. Give your API key a descriptive name

3. Set the appropriate permissions (typically "Member" or custom permissions)

4. Click Create Key

Step 4: Save Your API Key

⚠️ Important

• Copy the API key immediately and save it securely

• Keep it confidential and do not share it publicly

• The key will only be displayed once - if you forget to copy it, you'll need to create a new one

• Store it in a safe location for later use

Step 5: Configure Speech Recognition Settings

1. Open the Settings page in your application

2. Select Speech Recognition or Deepgram section

3. Paste your Deepgram API key into the designated field

4. Save the settings

Step 6: Test Your Configuration

After saving, test the speech recognition feature to ensure it's working correctly.
